i had a lovely stay at hilton! the bed was super comfy and the shower was refreshing. the location was perfect for accessing the city center and the nearby stadium. the staff were always friendly and efficient, which made my experience even better. plus, the spa was a nice treat!

I was greeted by friendly staff upon check-in, and the hotel offers easy access to amazing landmarks like Cardiff Castle and the stunning Bute Park, making it perfect for weekend explorers like me. It's also less than a 5-minute walk from the vibrant City Parish of St John the Baptist, adding even more charm to the location.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The hotel provided excellent amenities for our little ones, including a dedicated kids’ breakfast, which made mornings much easier. The spacious room was comfortable for our family, and the location near Cardiff Castle was a bonus.

For dads, it would be great if the pool facilities were cleaner and more welcoming for families. After a long day, managing with the kids in less-than-ideal changing rooms felt frustrating.
